Story One day Toadstool was visiting Mario's house when she started to pick flowers outside. Storm clouds can be seen overhead. A helicopter can be heard a short distance from Toadstool. Swoosh!!! Out of nowhere Bowser came and swiped Toadstool. After a quick match on Bowser's chandeliers, Mario tries to untie Toadstool. Suddenly, a huge sword crashed into Bowser's Keep. Bowser, Mario, and Toadstool were then flung in opposite directions. Mario then returns to Bowser's Keep and saw the huge sword. The sword's plunge through the sky has completely shattered Star Road, and Mario sets off in a new adventure to find the 7 star pieces and repair the Star Road before it's to late.
